The room had windows onto the lobby area. This wouldn’t have been terrible except that the lobby has no kind of sound-dampening and there was a LOT of noise. Apparently there were some flight cancellations and the hotel was pretty full, so maybe the lobby isn’t usually that loud, but it was awful. I didn’t realize until I’d already lain down to sleep or I’d have requested another room.

Fantastic value for this hotel. Not a five star hotel by any means, however very comfortable and the best value. Very convenient shuttle with very friendly drivers

The hotel room (two queens on first floor) was clean. The front desk staff was busy (cancelled flights and cold snap caused a lot of check-ins). The shuttle was not able to keep up with the demand. Scheduled to leave every 30 minutes - mine, scheduled for 6:30 am it departed 15 minutes late.

The property is clean, the furniture seems new, but it feels like a place without a spirit, without authenticity. The employees that I interacted with were okay/nice. Overall, this is NOT a bad place. Please don't take me wrong. But to call this a VIP experience... no. that's not correct.

Great price for a great stay in Dallas! This hotel has been upgraded and has a brand new look with lots of amenities: Heated Pool, Hot Tub, Board Games, Foosball, Air Hockey, Giant Chess, Gym, etc. The breakfast buffet has a great variety of options and their custom omelette service was wonderful! It is a 15-20 min drive to downtown Dallas but the free aiport shuttle was convenient. Highly recommend!

Great and affordable stay

The hotel is very nice. The staff was very helpful in giving me a one hour later checkout so I didn’t have to sit in the lobby while waiting for my transport to my meeting. The room was clean and comfortable.

The property is great for families! There’s an indoor pool sauna and hot tub. There’s lots of games to play such as ping-pong in board games that are laying around in the common area. Breakfast was delicious plentiful and free! The staff was just average, I did not experience anyone being super friendly except for a random maintenance worker. That was very nice. This property is convenient to the airport just about a six minute Uber drive that cost roughly $15 one way. There are a few good restaurants and stores within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower felt amazing with the rainforest showerhead. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.
