Unit I was given was extremely dirty & unsanitary to the point where I wasn’t comfortable staying there at all- not even in a different unit. It’s not 4.5 acres of “paradise” or whatever either. Old run down asphalt lot, building exterior looks rough. Off the beaten path, so that felt unsafe. When I shared this with the property “host” via message, he was non- responsive and told VRBO I would not be getting a refund. I still never heard from him after he told VRBO he’d reach out to me to work out a resolution. Now I have to spend extra time arguing to get my company’s money back, which may be to my discredit. Very disappointing.
