Very clean and comfortable low price hotel, and it has a stove top and large fridge if you want to do some cooking. No real breakfast to speak of and I don't like the fact that they keep a metal screen down over the front desk until 11:00 a.m. in the morning. That's reminiscent of what a place would do if it's in a high crime area, but this is a nice area so I did mention it to the owners that they may want to rethink that.

This is a very surprising good value with a non-brand name Hotel. I like the fact that it is a renovated and quiet room, with a mini kitchen available. My only complaint which kept it from getting five stars is having no one at the front desk in the early morning hours and no real breakfast to speak of other than generic pastries.

Staff was very friendly. It's no frills, but clean and up to date. The beds in our room were firm for our liking, but if course, that may be perfect for others. All in all, good price and place for an overnight stay.
