Gorgeous but lacking decent AC
I really wanted to give this place 5 stars (but, see below) because the host is the SWEETEST and so so good at communicating/helping with all your needs. The apartment is absolutely STUNNING, spotless clean and in the perfect location to shops/restaurants. The view from the balcony is beautiful, the water in the shower is hot.
Issues: because of the large size of the apartment, and there only being 1 AC unit available in the kitchen, the AC does not reach the bedroom like at all. We used 2 ceiling fans plus the standing fan, butt naked and no cover and we were still sticky sweaty. Beds were also very hard and the only comforter provided was a thin knitted blanket that could barely even cover all of me and I’m 5’4 130lbs female. We ended up booking another hotel down the street for our last 2 night because of how unbearable hot it was to sleep..
If the host (she’s literally the best and this wasn’t any of her fault), could install an AC in the bedroom, and provide some top sheets and proper comforters, this apartment would be absolute golden and I would come back if I’m in datca again.
