Regrettably I had little time to actually spend in the cabin as I was attending a family reunion in Dawsonville with quite a drive over. For flat landers like myself, the drive to the cabin was stressful especially the turn into the last 300 feet to the cabin. Many good accomodations, all I really needed and more. On the less accommodating side was it was not ADA equipped. Stepping in and out of a bath tub was very challenging. There were a few steps into the bed and bath area. Also the couch was very low and deep, so was challenging for my comfort, could have used some cushions or other choices for sitting. The television only showed movies--great for those wanting to be far from news, etc. I personally like a choice. Could have used a few instructions on the key lock; took a bit for me to understand how to lock the door, then it was very easy. Basically, just a few adjustments for older folks with some mobility issues. Most visitors without challenges, the place is perfect. One neighbor had a big party on Saturday night, but there was absolutely NO annoying noises from the group. Even with a few challenges, I like the spacious cabin, especially with the wrap around porch. Much to enjoy in this cabin and much beauty to behold.
