Sheets were disgusting. Floor wasn’t swept. I let front desk know and they had housekeeper come. She remade the bed with the same bedding and didn’t sweep the floor. I had to go buy bedding to be able to have clean sheets and I also had to have the front desk give me a broom and dust pan to sweep the floors myself. They done nothing to improve our stay. The heat in the rooms did not work as well. The room also smelled bad.

This place was disgustingly dirty. It looked like floors and appliances and bathroom had not been cleaned in years. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom in plain view which means they do t clean the rooms before guest come. The refrigerator had filthy all over the top and the floors were disgustingly dirty that if you walked on them barefoot your feet were black with dirt. Thankfully we had relatives staying nearby and only had to stay in our room one night during our stay. They should condemn it.

When first checking in the service was good. One of my rooms lock didn’t work. They immediately changed my room. My main room was clean, but smelt like mildew. Overall experience, good for the price and the view made up for everything else. Location was perfect. In walking distance to restaurants and a half mile from the boardwalk. We enjoyed our getaway.

Very old and run down motel. Had to move from first room because the refrigerater wasn't working. There was someone's Mountain Dew in the refrigerator. They moved us to a new room with an oceamfront view. We found out thevair conditioner wasnt working. I called the front desk and they said half of the rooms were like that because it was am old mot

I absolutely do not recommend if you want your lungs to be attacked by mold. There's no circulation the room smelt like someone had been living and smoking inside room. Nothing was wiped down properly or at all. No ice machine no working elevator. Pool was ok altho one side of pool jets didn't work. I thought I was going to sleep and fall either in tub since it would move back and forth or the lack of circulation in room is causing walls and floor to consistently stay moist leading to an accident. It's race week so you know how that goes.

We liked that this stay had a kitchenette in the room. We saw the beautiful sunsets looking out the door/entrance to our room and the beautiful sunrises from the balcony door/windows. It was too cold outside to use the pool although it was clean and ready during our stay. Hopefully the pool decking and lounge chairs will all be ready by the time it warms up
