Good Hotel but Customer Service is Very Very Poor

Made a simple request and received an automated message acknowledging the request. However, hotel was unaware at check-in and gave my request to a couple behind us at check-in. That couple hadn’t made the same request. Staff then lied about the request and how it was handled.

Perfect day on the beach !

Nice ! On the ocean ! Hot tub was small but nice by the ocean. Walking distance to a lot of things. King oceanfront had great views.

The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. Sounds weird but the elevators were crazy fast. Front desk staff were so nice and accommodating. View from large balcony of the corner room was spectacular. First time staying here but will definitely be returning very soon. So relaxing and calm.

Room for improvement in the kitchen

We did find a few things wrong with the room the first day and they were here right away to correct them. I thought that was amazing.The hotel is quite nice. They could equip the kitchen a little bit better. If you’re staying for a couple weeks I would like to make a few of our own meals. I did manage, but it’s pretty hard with two pots two forks and four knives. Maybe they could add a roll of paper towels to the room and a bit better frying pan.

We stopped there on the way to the cruise. The facility is conveniently located, it is on the street, but the street is pretty quiet, and it is right on the beach. There was complimentary coffee and cupcakes, that was a pleasant surprise. Staff polite, parking secure and convenient.

You will want to come back

Service desk lady was very nice and helpful when asked about anything like asking for extra coffee for example. She didn’t once act like she was being burdened by anything that I asked about and was very professional.
