Birthday beach trip!

Had the best time this weekend! Property manager was amazing!! From the moment we booked until checking out, they were so easy to work with and accommodating. The location of the house is perfect! We walked everywhere and the neighborhood was safe. Charming house did us very well. It was clean and super easy to get into. Would definitely stay again!! Thank you for making my Birthday one to remember!

Our condo/stay had a couple minor issues , but nothing that would deter us from coming back or referring. Great place, within walking distance to everything .....literally. And quiet! You take folks' dogs too. That is a big plus. We will return again.

This was our second stay at this particular property. Fantastic location right off Flagler and just a quick walk to the beach. Quiet and clean with everything we could possibly need. We would stay again! Also nice that it is pet friendly as we had our small dog with us.

NSB townhouse

The location has great access to beach and Flagler avenue. Unit needs a lot of upgrades particularly cabinets and flooring. The host was very responsive and had a new fan put in.

Ideal location for a beach vacation

My family of four and our puppy enjoyed our stay. A block from restaurants and shops and a short walk to the beach made this an ideal location for us. The kitchen has all the essentials for cooking meals, the beds and couch are comfortable, and there is a garage for parking your car. The host got back to me right away with the one inquiry I had. We enjoyed our stay here.

Great Location!

My kids and their friends love Flagler Beach and this property is just a few short blocks away. We enjoyed all the great restaurants that were within walking distance. Tonya the contact for the townhome was great at answering my texts right away. I also loved having a garage to park my car in. We already booked this townhouse again for next year.

Pictures look nice but walking in you got an overwhelming smell of air freshener & musk. The tile floors were AWFUL. Wish I could post pictures to show. Talked to the manager she sent another cleaning lady they were better but they still were dirty, tan grout is black down stairs you can tell because some corners/low traffic ways are tan. It was so bad we did not take our shoes off the entirety of our stay. Same with the rug downstairs it was stained and sticky? almost. The cabinets/knobs were tacky as if they haven’t been wiped down, glasses in the cabinets sticky like they have just sat up there not used. We did not cook in there or use anything out of the kitchen. If we needed a glass we rewashed it ourselves & still felt uncomfortable. It was GROSS. If we could have found another place we would have. The upstairs was more clean, newer floors so we felt a little more comfortable but we were glad to get out of there!

Nice condo, excellent location.

This townhouse is excellently located, just steps from Flagler Ave and a short walk to the beach. It was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked with linens, appliances, beach equipment, etc. It was great for a couple, might be a little tight for a larger group or family. Our only complaint is that the beds were very soft.
