Gross, filthy, wouldn’t stay here for free

This place should not be listed with online booking sites. I booked 2 nights and didn’t even stay the second night even tho I didn’t have an option to get a refund. If it had been clean I would have been satisfied. But it was filthy, poorly set up, smelled awful.

I think the only reason it was enjoyable is because it’s walkable to local bars and restaurants and it is directly across from the beach. Other than the CRAZY holiday rates they throw out, the normal day to day rates are great for being across from the beach. Pretty solid and KIND staff though

We never checked in or stayed, no one was at the office to check us in and the place looked so run down that we just left and found another hotel. Not very happy the pictires online are not what the place looks like at all!!!

Dont Stay

The place has become very run down. Nice antiques, but when we got there, I looked in a chest and found a garbage can full of trash and maggots. We should have left then, but we didn't leave until three a m couldn't take it anymore. There are plenty of other motels in the area that are worth staying at. Everything the hotel told hotels.com was wrong

Never stay here

Scary place, run down, a lot of bugs in room 101. Room was nasty, no couch cushion covers, mold in bathroom and not clean. Tv never worked and had to call hotels.com and beg for a refund. I’m a grown man and stayed in some rough spots. This is rough and shouldn’t be allowed to be lived in. Submitted video to DPH as well

No Frills Stay on the Ocean

If you don't mind a lack of amenities, this is definitely a steal of a deal, staying seaside - the place to be. Extremely affordable, clean & a vintage vibe. The staff is kind & courteous. Hearing the waves even w/windows closed is sublime.

Overall fine for no frills, but in need of a bedblanket

There is NO BLANKET on bed (only 2 sheets of 2 different colours) Guest is forced to turn on heat which is very LOUD & not conducive to a peaceful sleep.
