** Grand espace pour recevoir de grands groupes! Téléviseurs Roku avec YouTubeTv, consoles de jeu (voir détails ci-dessous), terrasse sur le toit et accès facile à la ville.
** La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size et les autres chambres disposent de 3 lits queen size et d'un lit double. Nous disposons également de 3 lits pliants (répertoriés comme lits jumeaux dans chaque chambre) pour pouvoir accueillir de grands groupes.
** Toutes les salles de bain complètes sont chauffées au sol et la salle de bain principale dispose d'une douche à vapeur.
** La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour la cuisson. Elle est équipée d’une cuisinière commerciale et d’un grill sur le pont.
** Wifi partout, Youtube TV, Smart TV et consoles de jeux dans les principaux espaces de vie. Nous avons une Nintendo, une Sega, une Super Nintendo, une Nintendo 64, une PlayStation 1 et 2 et plusieurs jeux à jouer sur une configuration à trois téléviseurs!
** Nous avons des jeux de plein air pour votre usage, y compris Corn Hole, Yardzee et Ladder Toss. Il y a aussi des tables pliantes supplémentaires pour les réceptions en plein air et beaucoup de mobilier d'extérieur pour vous.
** Notre maison a un garage pour 4 voitures, cependant l'approche initiale de l'allée est un peu raide alors s'il vous plaît approchez lentement.
** Nous demandons aux groupes de respecter leurs voisins et de réduire le bruit après 23 heures, en particulier sur le pont.
** Nous pouvons avoir des courses prêtes pour vous à votre arrivée, vous commandez simplement en ligne et elles seront livrées, demandez-nous plus de détails!

Amazing Property!
This house was one of the nicest we’ve ever stayed in. It had so much room for us and our extended family. We had babies, kids, adults, and the house was perfect for all. Everyone loved the game room and cozy living room spaces. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! The property was super clean and attention to detail was extraordinary. We saw 16 deer out the back door and enjoyed the huge porch. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing Property
We had a wonderful time at this property. Its was great to have the downstairs for the kids to play while the adults cooked and chatted upstairs. The video games brought us all back to our childhood and we had a lot of fun playing them. The hot tub was also another favorite of our group.

Weekend football outing
Family came to watch BHSU vs Chadron State football game. We had beautiful weather and a very nice place to stay. We were unable to get there before midnight Thursday night and Ryan assured us that would not be a problem. And it wasn’t. Check-in was seemless. The house had everything we needed for the weekend. Was very clean and comfortable. Location of the house made it very easy to get to the stadium. We spent a lot of our time on the deck. It was big enough to accommodate a couple corn hole tournaments and the view is awesome. Thank you for a very nice stay.

Spacious and Family friendly!
Our stay was great. The house was spacious and had more than everything we had anticipated. The hot tub was set cooler than we thought it would be our initial use but was easy to increase the temperature for later use. In the evening and early morning there were deer in the back yard. With limited development north of the house in the back yard made it perfect for viewing stars at night and potentially catching some northern lights depending on the Aurora activity. We would definitely stay here again if visiting the Black Hills/Spearfish again!

We have stayed all over the world, and this home and owners are in my top 3. Best stocked, comfortable, gorgeous.. they thought of everything! It is exactly like the description and pictures… location is perfect as well. The outdoor rooftop patio we used all the time. The beds were the most comfortable we have slept on. The views are amazing! Everything is perfect about this house!

Wonderful house
Our family loved our stay! Our kids (ages 6 & 3) loved the video games and that there were toys and books in the bedrooms. The whole family loved the hot tub and the full kitchen to cook meals. It was also nice to pull right into the garage and park for the night. Communication with the hosts was very easy and they were quick to respond.

We stayed here with family and the location was perfect. Close to the interstate and town. The house is stunning and kid friendly. This house worked out very well for us. The only thing I would warn people against is if you have a low-ride van or regular car you can't get into the driveway. The stairs in the house would also not work well for anyone with mobility issues.

You will NOT be disappointed with this beautiful property! The owners are the absolute kindest hosts we’ve ever rented from. Communication was top tier. The checkin & checkout process could not have been any easier. They’ve put so much thought into stocking the home with items- from games to kitchen items- if you could need it, it’s there. Very clean in a nice neighborhood and convenient. We will definitely be back!!

My husband and I stayed just the evening here but it was such a beautiful property. So much space and so many entertaining pieces to the home. The owners were very communicative when we had questions and the next time we are in town here we will definitely be booking through them again! Thank you for the great hospitality!
