Great Grandparents Home away from Home
We are first-time Grandparents visiting Atlanta. We enjoyed and had a lovely stay at your property for the week. The apartment was spacious, clean, bright, and had a great walking location. You can see that Shante and Jordan take great pride in their property. and provide personal touches to make guests feel like they are at home. We also appreciate the simple check-in process.

Clean and communicative!
This was a very clean property in the heart of downtown Decatur. Check in instructions were very clear and the communication was excellent. The apartment is very thoughtfully decorated and I appreciated the coffee bar, Alexa connected to Apple Music. The placement of the lock to get the key fob is difficult and I communicated this with the host who acknowledged me. There is some building noise early in the morning as people leave for work through the hallway exit door which is by the bedroom wall- but I had to be up anyways so no big deal. There is also some road noise by the other bedroom which quiets during the night and with earplugs was not an issue.

Loved the unit and the property as a whole experience. Felt very safe there. And was very dog friendly! Will definitely be renting this one again. I have very bad allergies and wished there was a little less dust around. The unit may need a air filter.

Better than a hotel. Would definitely stay again!
We greatly enjoyed our first Vrbo. This property is in a great location to all ATL attractions and various places to eat. It was super clean and was exactly as it was shown in the pictures "very regal." Our two teens felt like they got a fancy adult room with their own full bathroom and large screen tv, while hubby and I got the same thing. Massage chairs in each room were a nice touch. We didn't get to use the amenities, but having a pool available and rooftop lounge was a nice bonus. We felt the neighborhood was safe and had secure parking. Super glad there was a washer and dryer (pods and fabric softener was provided) to make sure we didn't have to travel home with dirty clothes in our suitcases. Communication with the host was great and checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Beautiful Regal Noire -
Regal Noire is a lovely space, it provided us with all we needed- super CLEAN, the newest of everything . We love Decatur, lived there for many years and were delighted to be back. We have nothing bu high praise for the accomodations. We did not love the check-in process or the lack of signage in the apartment building. We communicated with the property manager, who was very helpful. simple things like labeling the parking pass and re-installing the lock box for the fob - which was in a very tight and dark situation that was extremely difficult to see and access. Address those small things and near perfection would be achieved!

The apartment was clean, well appointed, and just as it looked online. Parking was super convenient and the location was very close to a lot of really good restaurants. The owners were very detailed in their communications and prompt in responding if I had a question. Everything went great!

Christmas Stay
Our small family was in town to spend Christmas with parents. This is a beautifully decorated property. Very vlean and modern with lots of amenities. Plenty of space for a couple with an only child or two adult couples. The only caution is that the apartment is on the second floor and guest are able to hear street noise of cars passing. Otherwise a quite residence.

A Great Stay in Decatur!
Stayed 2 nights at "Regal Noir", visiting family nearby. Conveniently located (i.e. w/in walking distance to Square, restaurants, court house, Marta station, etc.). We already knew the area, we were happy to find this option, and we felt safe and good about staying here. Clearly the owners take great care to make their property welcoming. Unit is nicely decorated & appointed w/ everything we needed, right down to fresh coffee w/ filters for our mornings! Living room furniture more "fashion" than "function" (i.e. you're not going to spend hours lounging there), but that was fine for us as we were "on the go" most of our visit. Beds were extremely comfortable, & it was nice to have not only two king bedrooms, but ensuite baths for each (even stocked w/ little conveniences like cotton swabs & make-up remover!). The unit seems to be in a rental apartment building. It's located close to one of the residents' parking garage access doors. Bedroom 1 is located w/ one (solid) wall adjacent to a hallway leading to that access door. Bedroom 2 has windows looking out onto a local road. So, we did experience some minor, common noise while sleeping. I mention this bc light sleepers may find this troublesome, but we didn't have an issue & slept very well. Owners were friendly, thorough, professional, & prompt in their communication. Instructions were detailed & easy. Parking in garage was free. We would defintely stay here again. Thank you so much! A great stay in Decatur!

Decatur stay for United Game
Me and a friend came into town to meet other friends for the United soccer game. Decatur ended up being the perfect place for a weekend stay, and the Regal Noir was a GREAT location to stay in Decatur. Located walking distance from a ton of awesome restaurants/cafes/bars, we actually had too many options! The hosts were awesome, very communicative and helpful with the check-in/out process. The accommodations were super nice and very clean. Highly reccomend.

Great location and communication
We had a great stay in this very clean and conveniently located apartment. We were able to walk to downtown Decatur in less than 10 mins and parking in the garage was a breeze. The swimming pool was a great way for the kids to relax and cool down. The apartment was well stocked and nicely designed. I was very impressed with the quick and friendly communication from our hosts. I would definitely stay again!
