Extremely welcoming, clean and well taken care of
It was great. The pictures are spot on to the views as I first walked in. My highlight was the tiki hut. Something about it made me smile. If you want to get away or stay in Delray it’s awesome, not far from downtown Atlantic Avenue which is an excellent place to visit. I will be coming back to relax. Would be great for a family

The bliss you’ll miss.
Where do I start? Oh yes, if you and some friends or family are looking for an unforgettable stay then the look stops here. Highlights: Communication was great from the moment we booked the home to the day we checked out. The cleanliness was refreshing and appreciated. The location was great to be so close to downtown Delray. Jeanine, Thank you so much for creating an unreasonable experience with forever memories. I wish there was a James beard award for vacation rentals!

Wonderful stay and the home is beautiful!
The property itself is just simply beautiful. It’s extremely well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner clearly spared no expense. From the quality of the appliances, kitchen utensils, bedding, towels, and overall finishes, it was truly a 5 star experience. The check-in and check out process was so easy. The only less than 5 star impact was the home was clearly out of place in the surrounding neighborhood, It was certainly a “one-off” build compared to the other underserved homes and community. None the less we had an amazing time and the hosts were extremely communicative.

A Wonderful Home In a Great Location - made our vacation, a great one!
We enjoyed a fantastic month in the sunshine at this wonderful property. The home is exactly as described and shown. It is new, furnished beautifully and comfortable. We were surprised at how well equipped the kitchen is - it lacked nothing we needed and more. We had friends over for a BBQ using the grill and later sat around the fire pit chatting. All were impressed with the home and we enjoyed being able to entertain so well. The yard is large, fenced and well kept. It was a huge plus for us as we have two English Springers. They really enjoyed the spacious backyard. In brief the home itself, the yard and its proximity to Atlantic Ave, the beach, and plenty of retail and restaurants made our vacation a great one! I also have to say that the owners, Tom and Jeanine were great to work with. They responded quickly to the couple minor things we needed help with and obviously care about their guests and the quality of their experience. We would definitely stay at this or another property of theirs in the future.

Located centrally in Delray Beach with easy access to local attractions and dining options, this home is meticulously designed for comfort and enjoyment. The backyard was a hit with our dogs! The host, Jeanine, was highly responsive and promptly addressed any concerns we had. Superb!
This VRBO was magnificent! Beautifully clean and decorated. There was nothing that was needed or I forgot to bring. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked. If I had a question, Joshua got back to me promptly! Close to Atlantic Avenue for restaurants and shopping. Can’t say enough! Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful 1day stay
Our family really enjoyed the house! Our group were coming from a cruise and wanted to stay an extra day before traveling back home. Everyone really enjoyed the house especially from coming from boxed in rooms on the ship. The house was spacious and clean, we barbecued and enjoyed the outside sitting place most of the time. I definitely will recommend this house for your vacation stay and Joshua was an excellent host!!!

Will Rent Again!
The property was immaculate, fully stocked with every amenity imaginable. Comfort of beds was a luxurious 5 star rating! Kitchen provided all of our cooking needs. Fenced in yard gave us privacy and the carefully selected patio furniture allowed us to relax and unwind after a long day of activities. The host was quick to respond and made it clear he was available for any questions or needs during our stay. The beaches and other activities were a short, hassle free drive. We felt very safe and relaxed in this home. I will recommend it to family and friends.

I loved this Hi-Tech home
It was very cool, great smart tv’s, lovely marble floors, great kitchen, fenced in backyard and so much technology, which included lighting, electric blinds,locks and protection devices. Great back deck. Everything was. Brand new. We were the 1st guest’s in this brand new home!!!
