Great place!
As always, great place to stay. I would suggest to improve wi-fi but if you ask about it, they will put a wi-fi booster in the room. Shower door also had a problem and did not close well leaving water on the floor each time. Other than that, service is fantastic, spa is great and breakfast is perfect with lots of choices. Great area also to walk around, and close to new metro station Huaide.

I found it odd that being advertised as an International hotel that it was odd that wait staff in the restaurants were unable to understand even the most basic english. I would expect that at least 10% of the staff should be capable of simple communications with international visitors. Front desk staff seemed to be able to speak well, but restaurants were very difficult to communicate in.

Only a few staff at the lobby. I have stayed in for 3 days the other 2 couples. No smiling face of all staff, including In the dining restaurant. you feel like you are a stranger and can’t ask for help. I travel from Beijing throughout 7 big cities of China. This 5* stars hotel service is really disappointed.
