Three of us women stayed at the house for a 3-day conference in Denver. Overall, it was fine. You can tell the owner is doing much work to improve the home.
The beds were very comfortable, and the house's aesthetic was lovely. There were some strong cons, though.
When we arrived, there were two face clothes, three hand towels, and three body towels, and no soap or shampoo as listed. The owner quickly replaced these items the next day with new items from the store.
Half of the lightbulbs didn't work. The ones that did work were different types and colors. It was very odd.
The listing stated there were 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, but the owner didn't tell us that the basement (one of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms) was under construction until the day before we arrived.
I wouldn't stay here again, but it will likely be great when they finish their construction.
