Room was dirty we found a hair type in the corner of the room like it wasn’t cleaned in that area. We used the pull out bed for our kid and we had to go get sheets and blankets for it from the front desk. Bathroom was run down and wall paper coming off

I hate leaving bad reviews but I reached out to their management and never heard back. The place had friendly staff but they were not well managed. Our rooms tv's never worked, our room wasn't cleaned once during our stay and there was standing water in the tub when we arrived, we ran out of shampoo and such and requested more towels multiple times but were told they were out and they'd bring some up later, never came. Same with the tv said they'd fix it the next morning and didnt come the entire week... we had to use my laptop for tv. out bathroom faucet was so corroded that it fell off, we didnt have hot water a majority of the time, and someone tried to break into our car, another cars window was smashed in and their was a standoff across the street. This is a nice ritzy neighborhood. Definitely not what I was expecting.

Hot tub didn’t work , hotel staff said “ I guess it’s a bad day to wanna take a hot tub” room had two tvs one didn’t work . The a/c unit didn’t work only had hot . Understandably it’s a cheap stay but nothing was good about this even the breakfast was sad .

4 Nights of Pure Struggles
Everything except the service was terrible at the hotel. The staff was very sweet and helpful but hotel overall needs a lot of work. Rooms a/c wasn’t working and the only other room they could switch us to had the same problem. The elevator wasn’t working and we were put on the 3rd floor and had to pull all our luggage for 3 kids (one is a baby) and all 4 day had to go up and down the streets throughout the days. Food was not worth trying again after getting sick the first day from breakfast. Beds were super uncomfortable and seemed pretty dirty as if the sheets hadn’t been washed so we purchased blankets and sheets to use for our stay. Tv didn’t work (with 3 kids it was NEEDED). They didn’t even give us an option for a refund to not stay and we had only been there a few hours. We considered switching hotels and forfeiting the money spent but had already gotten everything up to the room and situated it wasn’t worth us spending more time and money.

Decent value hotel. The place has a few ssues: full size mattress pads on old box spring mattresses make it very uncomfortable. Elevator was out during our week stay. Locals will occasionally rent a room and then takeover the pool with pool parties of 70 plus people You can find much better than this, but few at this price point, so there is some upside if you aren't picky and trying to save a buck...
