Not what I was expecting. I booked this hotel thinking it was a full tub, and it was small tub with a little table attached to it that would get in the way if you try to take a bath. One of the towels were dirty with a little of make up/dirt. Tv was so slow.

Thermostat were difficult to reach due to a blocked hanging lamp. Hard to read the screen to adjust the controls. Bar fridge isn’t working and the plug should be separated from the bar light switch to allow it stay on at all times to keep it cold.

Lovely property and amenities. We stayed with our 4yo and 2yo and they loved the rooftop pool and hot tub. Breakfast at Local Jones was fab. Definitely recommend!

This was the best hotel stay I have ever had. They thought of everything when it comes to staying away from home and the staff are incredibly friendly.

Very nice hotel. Comfortable, easy to walk around. No decaf coffee at the front. If someone cares for it. Parking $60 per night. You will be better off parking on the street.

Disappointed for price

Hotel is understaffed. Front desk people are selling weddings on the phone and preparing lattes for guests while others wait to check in.Very inefficient. I waited to extend my room for a night while the one clerk available prepared coffees for the party in front of me. Also, they wanted to charge me $50 to check in early. That just is tacky for a hotel that attempts to be upmarket. Restaurant also understaffed and overwhelmed at busy times.
