I stayed here because the wedding hotel everyone booked was full. This one was a bit cheaper and literally across the street from wedding venue. There’s one restaurant within walking distance.
I ate here for breakfast one morning. When I came downstairs at 8 am, they were ALREADY out of coffee and it took 20 minutes to get some. WHY have coffee ONLY in the lobby and not also in the buffet line?! So inconvenient. Poor design and huge service Error. After crappy breakfast and bad coffee, which there was a line for because people were desperate and it quickly emptied AGAIN, I met friends at other hotel where the breakfast buffet was much better. So the next morning I walked next door for breakfast for good coffee and plenty of food on buffet.
Room was fine and clean. Location works if you’re going to a wedding. Plenty of parking and area seems safe.
Glad for pet friendly place but not good facilities for pets to do their business outside and the very small area they have is not well maintained - pet waste can overflowing, old feces on tiny grassy area, clearly not enough room for numerous pets to walk and do their business.
Visiting daughter for 6 nights. Non- working light in room. Took 3 requests and 4 days for repair to be made. Not impressed. Breakfast was good. Significant moisture problem in indoor pool area. Water dripping off the ceiling!
The closed door button in the elevator was broken. The pillows were lumpy. The beds were decent enough. Breakfast was OK standard fair. Rooms were very clean though.
