The stay was a collection of disappointments. Check in was chaotic, but I understand they were busy. Our room was less than clean. We found a USED air filter tucked behind the TV. We were looking behind the TV because the TV was not working and we were trying to determine if it was plugged in. It was, we just had 6 channels to choose from. We then tried to call down to get some blankets sent up because the bed were SUPER small and we needed to use the pull out. We quickly realized the phone did not work. At all. We then tried the QR code next to the phone that is supposed to be used for service. We requested the blankets and waited. After 45 minutes, we went down to the front desk and were told they would send some up. We waited another 45 minutes and nothing. They never showed up. We found random garbage in the dresser drawers and behind the pull out. I really wish we had not even tried to use the pull out. And do not get me started on the thermostat/air conditioning/heater. There seem to be two options, tropic or frigid. And the hotel does not have a stairwell that can be used for bypassing the elevator. We thought it was just us not finding the correct stairwell, but no, the front desk confirmed. You are stuck using the elevator. Which is fine when the hotel is not overrun.
