An amazing time
The property was amazing, just like the listing showed it. The property manager was easy to communicate with the entire time we were there. We also ask them for an extra day and they were able to make that happen within 24 hours. Very well maintained and clean home away from home. I will definitely use them again for our next trip to Destin.

Was was very cleaned and was furnished nicely
Management was very responsive to two issues that we encountered. The toaster in the kitchen was not working properly and they provided a new toaster for replacement. Secondly, there was a malfunction in the legs of one of the chairs in the living area and they responded with someone to repair very quickly. Overall the kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, etc. and the appliances were all top-notch. That was much appreciated.

I can't say enough good things about our condo. I am a total clean freak and the level of cleanliness in the condo was amazing!! We had such a good time and the small things like having a chain on the door and a key pad entry was so nice and made us feel very safe. The bed was so comfy and the short walk to the private beach was stellar! We can't wait to book with them again. It was nice to not have to worry and to be able to do what we came to do, relax!! Thank you guys for everything and making this trip one for the books!

Location is great. Condo is as pictured. It was a little different renting from a company instead of an individual. The kitchen could use an upgrade and I thought the water wasnt very hot. I think better bedding would be nice with extra blankets. I brought one from home so it was good. Overall the condo was good. The grounds was maintained very well. It was roomy for us 4.

First beach vacay since having my son…
And it was fantastic!! We had an amazing time! The unit was kid friendly, with a fire stick to access all his fave TV shows when not at the beach. There was plenty of cookwear/utensils if you don’t want to eat out everyday. The beach was a short walk, probably 200 feet or so. You do have to walk across the road, but being on a scenic hwy, that was easy and safe with a 3 YO. There was excellent communication from the staff. Check-in and check-out process was extremely easy and smooth. It was awesome that the unit came with the beach service. We were able to get great chairs right up front everyday! I liked that it is more on the Miramar Beach side, a little further away from the huge crowds. The unit is closed to tons of restaurants either walking distance or very short driving distance. We ate at Kenny-Ds twice during our stay! The only minor complaint I had was that the pool was closed for the last two days of our stay due to maintenance. Of course, that was no fault of the condo-owners. We will definitely book this VRBO again next time we go to Destin!

Great Location and Awesome Customer Service
We really enjoyed our condo and customer service! It’s located right near the beach with a few bars and restaurants just a walking distance, which was very convenient. The place was exactly as advertised, clean, nice layout, spacious enough for 3-4 adults and a small doggie, and it had everything we needed! Washer and Dryer in the condo is definitely a huge plus, especially when you are on a beach vacation! One king bed in one room and two queen beds in another room was super convenient, you rarely get beds big enough to host 3-4 adults and don’t feel like you are in the summer camp. First floor and sliding doors on a patio made it very easy for walking in and out and especially convenient for walking our dog out when she needed to! But what we loved the most is a Customer Service! We travel a lot, and this is probably the best customer service we ever had! Thank you Breath Easy Rentals for making this experience so memorable and enjoyable! We will definitely be back!!!

Anniverssary Beach getaway!
The perfect place to enjoy the beautiful beach and the activities of Destin. The place was clean and well equipped. Easy access to the beach, and the beach chairs and umbrella provided was a big plus. The walk to the beach was about 2 to 3 minutes away. We will definitely stay here again!
