Very sad for late check in.

When we stayed last time our room was beautiful. This time we got there late and got a dirty trashed room the tv was broken. It was horrible.

Overall Good hotel

No complaints really... other than fitness center having specified hours... I had to be up at 5am the hours open are 6am-10pm... but I needed to leave by 6:30am. Suggestion... if you need hotel card to get in anyways it should be open 24-7... just a thought

The hotel staff for the most part were friendly. Breakfast was horrible. The hotel is also not soundproofed well and was noisy throughout the night and in the morning. I wish they hadn’t given me the room right above the check in desk
