Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Hotel gut gelegen in der Nähe des Bahnhofs (100m), wenige Minuten zu Fuss zur Altstadt, Tramstation vor der Haustür. Zimmer gegen Hof sind sehr ruhig. Spa wäre im Hotel Kyriad gare um 2 Häuserecken rum. An der Reception wird aber nicht auf Spa-Benutzung hingewiesen. Die Zimmer 112/212/312 sind extrem klein. Kaum Platz um auf die andere Seite des Bettes zu kommen. Um Fenster zu öffnen muss man auf den Stuhl bzw. Tisch stehen. Alle anderen Zimmer sind von der Grösse her und Komfort besser. Frühstücksbuffet ist okay, Frühstücksraum aber ist klein, eng und ungemütlich. Das Hotel ist ein gutes Stadthotel, aber im 4 Stern-Segment sicher im unteren Bereich. Kein besonderer Komfort

Als Familie verbrachten wir zwei Nächte in Dijon. Das vor kurzem sanierte Hotel im Zentrum. Das Bett ist sehr angenehm, die Badezimmer etwas eng aber funktional eingerichtet. Die Sauberkeit im Badezimmer könnte noch etwas besser sein. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.

très décevant

En arrivant à l hôtel, nous nous réjouissons car il avait l air vraiment bien par rapport aux prix et service proposé mais il avait uniquement l air... il fait froid dans les chambres, et elles sont de petites tailles comparé aux photos et descriptif... nous avions choisi une chambre côté calme ce qui fut le cas sans compter sur la femme de ménage qui passe l aspirateur et on entend tout, vraiment très mal isolé. En ce qui concerne le personnel de l hôtel nous avons été scandalisée car le monsieur de la réception n as pas été capable de nous appeler un taxi... nous avons tout d abord cherché le numéro pour lui mais soit disant ça ne sonnait pas ou alors il n était pas en service. Nous avons donc téléphoné avec nos portables et magique un taxi est arrivé en 5 minutes !!! Incroyable. ... Nous avons vraiment été très déçues de cet hôtel et il ne vaut pas un 4* !!!
