The resort of Dipperz-Friesenhausen with the Kneshecke holiday village is located in the most beautiful part of the Hessian Rhön. The marvellous view of the highest mountain in Hesse, the Wasserkuppe (950 m) and the basalt massif of the Milseburg (833 m) is unique. Returning guests say that the charm of the location and the proximity to the cultural centre of Fulda (12 km) attracts them to Dipperz and the Rhön again and again. Recently, you also have the opportunity to book star tours and moon tours, as our resort is part of the Rhön Biosphere Reserve Star Park. The programme here is very varied and also ideal for families with children. They are particularly well catered for here and there are many attractions in the surrounding area. For example, the Gersfeld Wildlife Park or the highlights on the Wasserkuppe with its summer toboggan run, climbing park, etc. If it rains, take your children to the children's academy and enjoy the various attractions. The leisure facilities of the neighbouring hotel such as the outdoor swimming pool with sunbathing lawn, the indoor pool, sauna and the wellness facilities can be used for a fee and it is also possible to visit the restaurant with breakfast or dinner buffet (for a fee).
