I been booking this hotel for the past 3 years But i don’t think i will book again Because the staff in breakfast area specially the manager and the staff in the front I had 11 nights ago and every time I go to have a breakfast, they owe me a trouble and one time I found hair in my eggs and I called the manager and he did not take any action And they have seated me twice and when I go back to my table, I see people on my table. It’s just such a mess.

one thing i liked about this place is that the burj khalifa & dubai mall are in a walkable distance and even the breakfast was great and for lunch and dinner the options were really nice in the itself & yeah even those were in a walkable distance .The plaza itself was nice the shops and restaurants and supermarket they were all nice there was even quite nice indian restaurants options were nice so overall there was a large variety of options in food and everything .Anything we needed on a daily basis was in a walkable distance .Also there was large availability in the transport facilities .Even the rooms were quite nice and the cleaning staff was doing an amazing job in keeping our room clean .Also one tiny detail that usually goes unnoticed by many people but is heartwarming cookie welcome this really brings a smile on many peoples face and the cookie is quite mouthwatering and scrumptious .so overall i personally enjoyed my time here and i would highly recommend it .

My stay was incredible. My room was gorgeous, the facilities were amazing and the staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly. On top if that, the food was superb and everywhere was so clean.
