The hotel itself was clean. Found the beds very hard. Wouldn't advice using self check in went to charge me a second time for my stay even though the system said i owed nothing the card that i used for paying the parking was being charged again for my stay with " ITS A GLITCH IN THE SYSTEM " being the explanation so better of going directly to the counter till they fix this glicth.

friendly staff, big rooms but a bit cold. There is no room thermostat and thje heating was not on. Next door to Aldi. No much else of interest nearby but easy access to motorway.

Good Hotel

Good stay no complaints. Staff were helpful and friendly, food was good. Only thing I found was gym needs a bit of an update. Otherwise very good.

Ideal for what we wanted it for

We were attending a family event in the area so it was ideal location wise. Its pretty much your standard hotel, Christmas decor was coming down so there was a bare feel to the lobby on arrival. Had 2 rooms booked and there was one ready even though we arrived early. Rooms comfortable. Breakfast was included and was lovely, plenty to choose from. Had a drink and some food in the bar, it was fine, not a huge selection, bar was dead so didn't stay. All in all it was what we wanted and it didn't cost the earth to stay there. I would stay again.

Not sufficient heat

We had no heat in room. A storage heater in rm that boosted heat for 1 hour. Im not used to storage heating so didn't realise i could extend boost from 1 hr to 5 hrs. Bt to be honest i didn't book into hotel to have to regulate heating. Photo shows condition of room in morning with condensation
