ADDED FEATURE: All PARTIES THAT BOOK AND STAY AT OUR HOME IN 2024 WILL BE ENTERED IN A DRAW ON Dec. 31st TO WIN Nestled in Haliburton Highlands, this extremely spacious open-concept double A-frame offers endless wonder to your family and friends.
As you open the door it welcomes you with warmth, character & endless wonder. The property is situated on a quiet lake, with a private dock allowing you to embrace the early sunrises and quiet evening sunsets.
The fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and a BBQ, along with furnishings, provide you with all you need. The property includes three main floor bedrooms, as well as two oversized loft bedrooms. It offers main floor accessibility, including a fully accessible washroom and ramp to the front door, plus a gentle slope to the lake and dock.
Indoor features starting from the basement include ping pong table, and pool table. On the main floor there is a dartboard, board games, puzzles, plus ample dvds and vhs tapes for all ages. The upper level has a shuffleboard table. Outdoor features include horseshoe pits, washer toss, 2 mountain bikes, 2 adult kayaks,1 children's kayak, 2 paddle boards, 1 canoe, peddle boat, 2 windsurfers and outdoor campfire pit. You may also choose to hike down the forest road, snowshoe, ice skate on the lake, or cozy up by the fireplace.
The nights are peaceful and rejuvenating, capturing and wrapping you with a silence that is rare. It's only a short 30 minute drive to Sir Sams Ski Hill, dog sledding, and 23 km to quaint Haliburton Village, with golf courses nearby.
