We spend a few weeks each winter “working from warm”. This was a great place to do that as it was so quiet, plenty of room to work, including the back covered patio with a great view of the sea. It’s steps away from the pool. This house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and then some. The front closet had many beach towels, swim shoes, snorkels, fins, a cooler, beach bags, life jackets, kayak paddles for the two kayaks outside. We took the kayaks out several times and watched the sunset which was a unique and beautiful way to do it. Beside the usual appliances, the kitchen had an air fryer, coffee maker that also used pods, spices, some condiments, bottles of water in the frig, and even an Iced tea pot to make fresh tea (my wife’s favorite). Each bathroom had plenty of towels, full size soaps, shampoo & conditioner, toothpaste, hair dryers and styling implements for the ladies. The master bath, also had a Keurig machine , pods and 2 coffee mugs so you could make coffee and enjoy it on the balcony overlooking the pool and sea (an inspired touch!). Little local handmade soaps greeted us on all the beds. And the beds were quite comfortable, as well. We own a vacation rental so we know what renters are looking for. The extra added details showed us that our hosts wanted their guests to enjoy their stay and have no worries- including a basin on the back porch, filled with water and flowers for rinsing off your feet from the beach nearby and a towel to dry off! On top of everything, Trish was super responsive through the VRBO website and email, and gave us all the information we needed about the area, including restaurants things to do on the East End. We wish we could’ve met her. Note: the East End is far from many of the main snorkeling areas (30-40 min) and grocery stores(20-30 min). We didn’t mind driving as we like to explore a new snorkeling spot each day. All in all, Neptune’s Nest was just what we needed to combine our work with relaxation. It’s definitely worth renting this home.
