Comfortable Lake House
We enjoyed our stay in this spacious house, set right on a beautiful small lake. Nick was responsive to our questions. Rooms were clean and comfortable and there were plenty of fun things to do inside and outside.

Beautiful Lake home in quiet neighborhood
Large house right on a small lake in a gated community. Community offers tennis, pickleball, volleyball and basketball courts as well as 2 swimming pools and a small beach with lake swimming. House was well appointed with very comfy beds and so much space. Our family of 10 fit perfectly with room for more. Loved the outdoor space. So many restaurant and shopping options 15 minutes away.

Rocky start, but great time overall
The property is beautiful, with all the comforts of home. We had a relaxing time, and the owner is genuinely helpful and wants you to enjoy your stay. We had a rocky start with getting into the community, as the gate guards are awful and rude, so be sure to confirm with the owner that your information is with the guards under the correct property address before you arrive!

Great lake house
Overall, the property was as described in the listing. There was plenty of room for our group of 8 adults. The kitchen was well supplied and had everything we needed. It rained for the whole time we were there so unfortunately, we didn’t get to enjoy the fire pit or lake. Our only complaints were that the shower in the upstairs bathroom didn’t drain well so there was standing water up to your ankles and the basement rooms were a bit musty smelling.

Enjoyed the game room and lake
Kid enjoyed time on hammocks, paddling the kayaks, and playing foozeball. Also enjoyed the Penn Estates game room. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The house is on a small pond, not good for swimming but good for kayaking. There is a lake for swimming a short drive or walk away. The house is pleasent and clean but could use some maintence - for example, the outdoor picnic table has a rotten spot, and the lights in the living room flickered, indicating a possible electrical issue.

Girls Weekend in East Stroudsburg
We had a great stay at Nick's property. Everything was as advertised, with even more space than we imagined. Nick was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout the stays with a few questions about the property, and even brought extra paper products to us during our stay. Would highly recommend!

Great location and space for our group with responsive owner
Nick was excellent as an owner and communicated very well throughout the entire process. The space suited our holiday gathering with three families, including 5 teenage boys. Some glitches took away from the experience like the hot tub not fully heating (they quickly tried to fix), need for a few more kitchen items for larger dinners, and I recommend it should be mentioned the fireplace inside, seen in the photos, doesn't work (may just be a safety concern which I respect, but should be mentioned). Still, Nick deserves 5 stars for his responsiveness and we would stay here again.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
We had a wonderful stay at Nick's home! The house was accurate to the listing and provided my group with lots of space and entertainment to make our stay very comfortable and fun! We especially enjoyed the hot tub, game room, and being able to gather all together in the spacious living room & kitchen. I really appreciated Nick's responsiveness to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay!
Great House! Pictures are accurate. Lots to do in the house for a family with pre teens and teens between karaoke, game room with ping ping, basketball & pac man arcade. Loved having a cup of coffee in the morning and being able to see the lake from the living room . There is also a jacuzzi and fire pit. Linens and towels are provided which make it even easier for a relaxing stay. Owner was very responsive with any questions. Definitely a great spot.

A Great Get-A-Way
The house & property were perfect for my family of 9. We enjoyed EVERY element of it. Some nice fish were caught & released. Tons of animals entertained us nature lovers and we were even graced with a bald eagle for 10 minutes , sitting regally on a large branch, his flight captured on video! We used the great fire pit nightly, and the hot tub was super! The kitchen was large & enabled all to gather round at the same time. The game room entertained us for hours as the kids made up tournaments. We played cards at the fabulous poker table every night! The beds were super comfy and the hosts were so accommodating. (When I asked Nick if there happened to be a hand mixer there or should I bring mine, one from Amazon awaited us when we arrived! Thank you Nick & Laura An A+ place!

Lakeside family fun
Really had a great time. It was a getaway for my college age kids to relax and hang out with family before going back to school. Upon arrival it was rainy. Not an issue. Played ping pong, arcade basketball, Pac-Man, etc. The rest of the week, the weather was awesome. Kayaking, using the outside hot tub, grilling was great. Outlet shopping was close by. Deer walking around were all so docile and cute. A few hiccups but Nick was sooo quick to respond. Super great host.

Great Poconos Vacation
The property was perfect for our family. Lots of room. Great lake behind the house for kayaking (boats provided!) and fishing (boys caught several!!). Appreciated that our pups could join us on vacation. Online pics accurately represent the property. Owner also surprised us with new outdoor hot tub which was enjoyed by all!

Peaceful vacation
Everything about our stay here was perfect! The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were also very comfortable. It was a great way to unwind with the lakefront view, some fishing, kayaking, swimming, listening to music around the fire, and getting in touch with nature. Ultimately this vacation was very smooth because of the communication with Nick who told us everything we needed to know and responded to every question quickly. We would definitely stay here again!
