Visiting with friends from the USA for the festival. Excellent location - very accessible for everything, with shops and cafes close by and a lovely, well appointed property. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Quality bed linens, nice bathroom facilities and a well stocked kitchen. The tiny, but very pretty garden was lovely to sit out in the evening sun (yes we did get some).
Only a couple of downsides - firstly the dining chairs - long back legs sticking out in a small space proved to be trip hazard for everyone - hopefully thta can be easily rectified.
Secondly, our car (a Land Rover Discovery) was a couple of inches too long to fit in the garage, so we had to park in a multi-storey, in town - only a ten minute walk but an additional £150 cost for the week! If only the access steps up to the kitchen door had been in a slightly different position, we might have got it in.
Overall, we'd highly recommend this property - but we would have to come by train next time.
