Read the fine print!!
This house was in a great location and very clean, which I appreciated. However, I didn’t realize we had to bring linens until about an hour before we began driving to the beach (I should’ve read the dozen emails they sent within a day of booking, I know, but I didn’t!) and so we were left scrambling to pack the many things that they refuse to provide, including toilet paper! Also, we did not have any king sheets, so requested them 9 hours before check in, and they said they tried to find some for us but couldn’t…thus we could not even use the master bedroom. The other ocean view room had such an uncomfortable bed that we ended up moving into the other bedroom, so listened to street noise rather than the ocean as we slept. They didn’t even provide clothes hangers. I was very disappointed and will not be back. I feel like the price of the place does not equal what you get out of it.

A spectacular rental
This has by far been one of our favorite rentals. The owner was very kind and accommodating. The house was spotless with an enormous deck overlooking the ocean. There were plenty of blankets, pillows, sand toys, beach chairs and lots of pretty party lights on the deck and below in the grill area. The kids loved the party lights and bunk beds. We had a fantastic time celebrating our fathers 81st birthday. Thank you to the hosts.

Amazing View!
We had a great week at Edisto! The porch and the view were amazing! The beds slept great, kitchen was very well equipped, could walk to restaurants (although we opted to eat most of our meals on theporch) and the grocery store! We all look forward to coming back to this house again.

Leave your sound machine at home
Ideal location at Edisto Beach to enjoy the ocean waves and sea birds. We had a flock of ducks floating off shore during our stay and plenty of bait fish to draw the pelican dives. The outdoor furniture was super comfy and plenty of blankets to cozy up on the porch. Was great being so close to the ocean without having to get sandy. The beach is very dog friendly and offers plenty of great shelling. Don't miss a short walk to the pier for Coot's food and cocktails. We look forward to coming back!

The house was great.
The house was great, right on the beach, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was nice enough. I had trouble with the company handling the property because I could not find the information needed to check in. The information was embedded into the document and I kept looking for an attachment, finally 1 day before we were to leave I found it. I tried to call but was quickly corrected by email that calling was not allowed. A phone call would have solved my problems locating where I needed to go or if they had just said the info was embedded in the email with the word here. The person who was emailing me was rude and I did not appreciate her attitude by email. I will not deal with this management company again. When I rent again it will be with another company.

Perfect house for us
This is a great beach house. First of all, beachfront, so you can't beat that. We're only about 2 hours away and have been going to Edisto for over 30 years, so we pretty much know what we need to bring. The house seemed to be well maintained and had everything there that we needed. Wifi was great, good TV setup in living room and each room had it's own TV, even though we never used the one in our room. The front porch was big, fantastic for hanging out. Good outdoor furniture. A/C worked great. There's parking for 4 vehicles. Very nice grill underneath the house, which was half gas and half charcoal. Outdoor shower was very handy for washing off sand before going upstairs. There was even some beach chairs, beach toys, and other things downstairs. We didn't use any of them, but it was nice to see they were available. All in all, just a great house and a great vacation.

Beachfront was beautiful!
Property was very well laid out, lots of sleeping space, the windows didn’t work too well, there were no screens on the windows and no screen door, check in process was a little rocky as the code didn’t work but the rental company called me back right away. But the back deck and the view and the sound of the ocean more than made up for all of that👍
