We stayed here as we had a 6am flight. We (my kid and i) were sleeping and were woken up by kids in the hall. we then got a call at 11pm telling us that people were complaining we were being loud. We were sleeping! They kept accusing us of making noise. Meanwhile they were interrupting us trying to sleep. Oh and a noisy train is next door to this place. Absolute worst way to start a trip. Never stay here

Room needed some upgrades, only supplied us with 2 towels with a room booked for 4 people, room was quite cold even with heat turned up and bath tub drain wouldn’t seal for a bath to be drawn. When we brought it to the front end staffs attention they were willing to switch us rooms however we were already unpacked and didn’t want to move. Staff were friendly.

Couldn’t sleep because of the trains woke up couple times at night. One of the mattress HAS to be changed because mattress sagged and you will fall of the bed if you are sleeping on the side of the mattress.
