The front desk staff was very good. There was a sign in the lobby for Lumberjacks restaurant...the neighboring hotel. They were out of most of the items on the menu, we had to change our order multiple times and the kids had to decide who would have the hamburger as they only had 1 hamburger bun left. The server was very good in spite of the multiple times she returned to the table. Returning to the hotel the front desk staff responded quickly and professionally when we called down to share that we had found bugs and stained sheets on the pull out sofa bed. She came with clean sheets, comforter and pillows. We won't be returning to this hotel.

I like how Radissons always have a decent free hot breakfast. This one had the resultant serve a full plate and others usually have the waffle makers and other good stuff.

Do Not trust the shuttle service to pick you from the airport bec it took me 1.5 hrs for waiting an airport. I took an uber in the ens. I couldn't get through to the front desk. For half an hr. Man. It was a mess. Otherwise property was ok.

Not the staff’s fault, but they had a water leak and when we arrived after our flight at 2:30am we weren’t made aware of the leak until we arrived and the options were either a refund or one room for 6 adults at a hotel down the road. Please refund my credit card as we had to find our own accommodations at 3 am

Room was newer/modern. There was a sewer smell on the main floor and in our room that evening when we came back for the night. Shower did not get hot, even turned the whole way it was still just warm. Washroom corners were dirty, like they mop but dont vacuum. Our neighbors were extremely loud and steady slamming the door closed & running the hallway. Front desk receptionists were to busy speaking a different language to realize i was asking them questions when checking in.... We would recommend paying the extra money and staying at a difference hotel.

Dirty Rooms

The hotel is very worn. I don’t think it’s that old but it’s aging quickly. Turned over the blankets and there was a lot of hair on the sheets and all over the pillowcases. Called and they came and changed them. Very very dirty hotel. Do not stay here. Pay a little more and have a clean room.

Booked and stayed in this hotel multiple times. This time I needed the luggage cart for our early 4am check out but there was none available because some genius guests decided to check in the carts with them in their rooms over night and never returned to the lobby. Maybe next time tell these geniuses to return the carts to the lobby so other guests can also use them

To Cheap - you get what you pay for I guess

Upon checking the lobby was very dirty, lots of scaffolding in lobby and lots if burned out lights. Room was very dingy and all furniture in poor condition. Bathtub was nice, however vanity very low (lower then most hotels)

Nice and quiet place. I rested well. Bathroom was nice, shower was better than most places. My only complaint was the breakfast. The apples were NOT fresh and either the eggs or sausages were out and took too long to get topped up.
