Perfect for multiple families
Clean, spacious, beautiful views, lots of games and things to do. We’re already planning our next trip there! The upper back deck and lower porch were amazing!You may want to bring K-cups for coffee as the brewer is a bit slow but the Keurig is quick! Also, the master bath doesn’t have a have a shower but it does have a jacuzzi.

The BEST Family Getaway!!
This home was absolutely perfect for our group of 11. Plenty of room for everyone and things to do for all of us. And the views were out of this world! The kitchen if fully stocked with anything needed to prepare meals, just bring the food. We discussed coming back in the future. The best family getaway!!

Yearly cousins lake trip
Amazing home with a great view. It gave us an awesome space to hangout and bond. We got rained in the first 2 days so the game room was amazing and we didn’t have 8 bored kids moping around. It is a bit of a drive to lake and Walmart (which we had to do a few times with so many people) but it was definitely with it. I would definitely recommend and would also stay again.

50th Anniversary Getaway
My family enjoyed the house overlooking Lake Northfork so much that they just wanted to stay there and relax. I mentioned going on hikes, renting a pontoon, etc. They enjoyed the games, the space, the porches, fire pit and we were also blessed to be there when the Aura Borealis could be viewed The house lends itself to great family time.

Wonderful house with a GREAT view
Loved the house. Comfortable beds, amazing view, had what we needed. We enjoyed it so much that we wished we had come earlier and stayed longer. Very relaxing! Plenty of space for the teens! Things to note for others renting: - Master bath has no shower so just know if everyone showers, there are just 2. - Hot water is very limited so shower fast. - Pick up what you need for food as there isn't much nearby.

Pleasant Getaway at Norfork Lake
Very well appointed with everything you could need for kitchen appliances and many choices for outdoor relaxation, both a charcoal grill and a gas grill, a hammock, two bench swings, gas fire pit, real wood fire pit just outside, plenty of furniture to relax in, portable Bluetooth speaker, cornhole game. Inside was similarly appointed with comfortable sofas and chairs, great TVs, Nintendo Wii for the kids, a very fine regulation size pool table, lots of games, medical kit, etc. We all had a great time staying for a week.

Relaxing Getaway
We had such a wonderful, relaxing time at this beautiful home. Everything we needed was here and then some! We enjoyed sunsets on the deck, playing pool, corn hole, laying in the hammock, walking the dog each morning, and putting together every puzzle in the closet!! We even binge watched a series on Netflix! Thank you for your hospitality. It was a much needed long weekend.

Lovely views from the decks. Fire pit ( wood provided) with lots of chairs and propane pit on upper deck with lots of comfy chairs. WiFi worked well . Loved that kitchen was stocked with necessities one might forget like cornstarch and garlic powder. Very thoughtful host.

Nice home, gravel road, and parking
We really enjoyed the home, I reached out early in the process to ask about boat trailer parking and didn’t receive an answer until a few days before arrival. The house is great, it doesn’t have a lot of room for boat parking, but you can manage to get three or four trucks and boats in the steep driveway. There is about 1.5 miles of gravel road to get to the house, but the road was fairly well maintained at the time. I’d stay here again and bring my boat but I’m not concerned with a little gravel in my travel! The house is great, nice beds, nice kitchen, clean, and nice view from the deck. Plenty of room for a large group

Perfect home
The home is very spacious. We are a family of 6 adults, 2 kids and a small dog we had plenty of space. We all enjoyed our stay. The drive way is steep so be prepared, but that is expected in all of that area. Neighborhood is quiet and home is close to Hand Cove Resort and many marinas. Lots of wildlife we saw 33 deer! Overall a great stay will definitely return if we have a large crowd.

We enjoyed our time at this property ! Lots to do at this location. The game room was big hit ! We played poker, played pool & it had lots of games for the kids! The kids loved to Wii to play Mario ! This was the BEST VRBO I’ve ever rented and stayed in! We loved the seclusion and size of this house! There was plenty to do with the gameroom having a poker and pool table! Everything was well stocked, too! We highly recommend getting this for a family get together!

This house was exactly as listed. It was very comfortable for all eight of us (4 couples). It was clean and well supplied. The views are gorgeous and it is quiet and secluded. We spent a long weekend and enjoyed playing games, watching hockey and sitting outside chatting. We would have rented a pontoon, but the weather didn't cooperate - no worries, though. There was plenty to do at the house. Communicating with Evolve was not easy and I eventually had to call them (the day before we left) to get our check in procedures including access to the house. When they emailed me six days out that we were set to go and to let them know if we had questions, I emailed back a list of questions and heard nothing. I then sent a message through VRBO and also heard nothing. However, once that was resolved, our stay was very enjoyable and the house is exactly as it appears on the listing. Very nice!

Great views, great home
Stayed here with friends and family while in town for a fishing tournament. Very clean and spacious house, easily slept 13 of us. The view off the deck is fantastic and lots of patio furniture to accommodate everyone. The wives especially enjoyed the gas firepit, and there is a very nice grill/smoker that came in handy. There is a very friendly bassett hound named Gypsy that comes around quite a bit and loved playing with the kids. I will mention that the driveway is quite steep so make sure your parking brake is working and if you have a trailered boat it can be tricky to get turned around. Overall a very nice place and would definitely stay here again!

The Perfect Getaway Spot
This cabin is located on prime country property for relaxation and great views. It has two patios or decks that you can sit on to watch the sun rise and fall over the lake. It was absolutely beautiful. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook for a crowd. We met with several friends to catch up and spend some much needed time together without any particular plans. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We didn’t do much outside of the cabin, but there is plenty to occupy your touristy side if you wish. Overall, it was just a fantastic weekend that gave all of us just what we needed! We would love to come back again for a longer period of time the next go around!
