Myself and 3 friends were the first rental for this property. Very clean and host was very responsive to all questions leading up to check in as well as questions we had once we arrived. There are 2 larger bedrooms with queen beds their own bathrooms and a 3rd bedroom with 2 bunk beds directly across from the guest bathroom. Small dining room table that could also act as a island or extra counter space that is much needed. Toaster and Keurig single serve coffee maker included; we brought our own regular coffee pot. Plates and bowls for 6(I believe) included as well as storage bowls, silverware, cutting boards, hand towels, dish clothes and some kitchen utencils available for use - only 2 steak knives. House has stainless steel appliances and a stacked washer and dryer. Good water pressure in the shower. Gravel patio area, fire pit and grill outside. We spent most of our time outside but the inside was inviting when we needed to cool off. This is not a water front property and we did not speak with the neighbors to access the water from their docks so I don't know if that is a possibilty - we spent our water time at the beach which is about a mile from the property and well kept. If you are planning to dine out in this area, do your research, lots of places only open on the weekend. The BBQ place in Mt. Ayr, IA is a MUST and I'm not a big fan of BBQ :) Again, great rental for a small group or family!!
