We chose not to stay after walking into the room. Too many things to list but here are a few - bed spread was old and tattered, drapes broken, overpowering smell of disinfectant, chair had an ill fitted cover on it hiding ??. I didn't look. Went to another hotel. Requested a refund since we hadn't even brought our luggage in. We were told we would be refunded but nothing has happened at this point.

Website said the lobby was open until 10pm - we got there at 7:30 and learned during winter lobby closes at 7 (but manager was still there getting ready to close up and had texted me about getting into our room. Room was near the busy road so we could hear traffic throughout the night

Cozy & Warm - vintage motel
We were warmly welcomed by the ladies in the office. The room was easily accessible-parked right out front. Since we opted for the suite, it had a couch and fridge, which was nice. Beds were comfy and warm, with plenty of blankets and an actual thick bedspread. It was a chilly night, but we were comfy and warm. Breakfast was free, but was just packaged pastries.

The staff when we checked in was super friendly and helpful. The beds were horrible, pretty sure one of the beds was broken. It was fine for one night passing through. We got to have our dog so that’s important.

Reviews said it was quiet but it’s on a main road & so there was traffic noise all night. Shower had mildew on tile. Chip in toilet. Sink did not drain. The (included) breakfast was cereal (no milk), packaged breakfast bars. Disappointing.

Our room was next to a major highway and traffic could be heard all night long. The room was fairly clean and comfortable. Walking distance to dining and shopping. Free parking. Continental breakfast offered. Bring your own bath soap.

First room we had was not great but we got moved to a wonderful room that appeared newly renovated. Very charming, and comfortable. Breakfast was packaged sweet buns so unimpressed. And the laundry used very strong scented soap so being sensitive to scents we both had headaches. That was my only complaint and not everyone realizes how much Gain and Fleecy bother others. If not for the laundry soap I would definitely stay again.

It's a waste of your money to stay here.
The heaters made a buzzing noise all night. I could not sleep because of it. I thought if I turned on the bathroom fan it would drown the buzzing sound out from the heater. The bathroom fan sounded like a diesel truck. So that did not help. I did not brother the front desk cause they could not change out the heater or the bathroom fan. This hotel needs to be remodeled. Do not stay there.

Nice hotel
We wanted an inexpensive hotel that is clean and functional and Bristlecone did the job. It's nothing fancy, but it was clean, in good condition, and comfortable. Breakfast is pretty meager, some cereal and packaged muffins, etc. Everything in the room worked well, bed was comfortable, and the heater worked well. I would stay here again.
