First of all, the pictures of the views from the house don't do it justice! They're incredible, ever-changing with the sun, clouds and rain, and are mesmerizing.
The house itself is very nice, very clean and well stocked.
We had two couples and another couple with their 14 & 16-year old children. Everyone had plenty of space to relax, play games, or chill on their own.
The Sonos sound system upstairs was great to have. The kids loved the surround-sound system downstairs; the adults never had the TV on upstairs.
The kitchen (which has just been renovated beautifully) has tons of plates, assorted glasses, silverware, etc. Also had pretty much any cooking/baking equipment you would need, plus a drip coffee maker and blender, large refrigerator and dishwasher. For some reason, the ice maker in the fridge didn't start working until our last day there, but it was no big deal as we bought our own at the gas station in Emigrant, which you may want to do as it didn't look like the ice maker was big enough to handle over a couple peoples' use per day. There was also everything you needed for the dishwasher and the washer and dryer.
The dining table was plenty big enough for all eight of us.
The beds were all very comfortable, but be aware that, for some reason, there were no top sheets on any of them; just a fitted sheet and a comforter. Again, no big deal, just an awareness for others.
My only (very minor) recommendations for the owners would be to add information about local restaur
