Good spot for a stop over.

This hotel was in a good location, had adequate parking, and a great staff. The room was pretty bare but clean. The sofa was a bit old and appeared to have a few stains that were uninviting. The breakfast was your standard hot affair with scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles available along with cereal, juice, coffee. Even though our room was right upstairs above the lobby, it was relatively quiet.

The Hot water was out for 3 days. said boiler had just gone out but there was a new commercial grade hot water tank sitting by rear door when I checked in. They probably didn't want to pay weekend repair so it sat their till Monday. They offered to let me check out and they'd refund remainder of money, which would tie up my only available credit card for getting another hotel, so I sort of had to stay there. They said they would give me discount for the 3 days which they didn't do either. after being fixed the hot water was lukewarm. It was hard to get room service scheduled. the secondary lock on the door was missing. the fridge temperature knob was broke and it froze my drinks. the key card would only work for 2 days at a time.

Best Hotel At A Great Price

Quick stay for a business trip. Staff was friendly, welcoming; room was clean and ready; hotel is quiet and that's really nice. Easy to access and find off I-81. I stay here for work frequently, and have never had a bad experience.

Poor quality “inn”, great people

Hotel needs a major upgrade, rooms are not kept up, stained furniture, cold shower, fridge did not work, handles on dresser not fastened, safety chain gone, hair dryer not hooked to wall. However, staff was very friendly and as accommodating as possible

Upon checking in to our room I always do an inspection of everything. Found 2 needles in a bag near the headboard hidden on the bed. Was moved to a new room. Breakfast was not very good.

4 things were wrong with the room. Bathroom door handle missing. Emergency chain for door missing. two electrical outlets went off in middle of the night. tied in to motion sensor which goes off if it doesn't detect movement in the room. Stupid system.Rack where you hang your clothes hanging from the wall. couldn't use it.Need to fix these issues before renting the room again.
