Discover this bright and completely renovated house, combining modern comfort and peaceful setting with its vast garden. Located in a dynamic village of 1,500 inhabitants, you benefit from proximity to essential shops and services. Only twenty kilometers from Orléans and Meung sur Loire, this place is perfect for a family vacation or a professional stay.
The house is an excellent starting point for exploring the Beauce region, strolling along the banks of the Loire, or visiting the many castles and gardens in the region. Additionally, the famous Beauval Zoo is within a reasonable distance, providing an ideal getaway for the whole family. The single-storey gîte (there are only a few steps to access the entrance) includes a large living room with lounge and open kitchen, two bedrooms each with two 90x200 cm single beds with its private bathroom, and a separate toilet.
A table is at your disposal for your meals on the terrace (with barbecue and parasol) and a lounge is set up in the garden for your aperitifs.
Two private parking spaces (one in the garage and one in front of the accommodation).
