Great Property
Private, clean, and perfectly furnished home tucked into the hills of Estes Park. Served as an amazing jumping-off point to explore RMNP. Relaxing on the porch listening to the creek after a day hiking can't be beat. Thanks so much for sharing this place.

Lovely except for the cleanliness and missing/broken/need of repair items
For over $17,000.00 for the month (New York City prices), i would have greatly appreciated a clean house and one that did not need repairs/replacements, etc. I have written a detailed report to the property management real estate company in hopes that he will give the list to the owner so she knows what to expect upon her arrival this summer. The stay would have been perfect if the items listed had been taken care of before our arrival.

Amazing!!
Beautiful home and great location. We loved drinking our morning coffee on the back deck by the peaceful river and seeing so much wildlife! This house was very close to the Estes Park restaurants and RMNP. We made wonderful memories as a family that will last forever.

The back decks overlooking the Thompson River were amazing. 3 minutes from Estes Park. Elk were across the river the first 2 days of our stay. Recommend Hunters ChopHouse and Rock Inn for dinner. Too itch for breakfast, kind coffee (on the river), cinnamons in the morning, go early because they run out of cinnamon rolls. Make sure to purchase a timed entry into the park. House was perfect, and we highly recommend.

great getaway spot!
We had a blast at this house! The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook, and the bedrooms are cozy, along with plenty of space to hang out in the living room and two decks. The hot tub is spectacular, really undersold in the photos! You're close enough to town to get there quickly but still feel like you're semi-remote in the mountains. There are a few houses around this one but only one has any view into the property the way things are set up.

Wildlife!!!
Seen wildlife everyday from the back porch. Elk, deer, turkey, and even a bobcat. The river in the backyard is awesome. Great updated house and kitchen.

Convenient location, beautiful home and surroundings!
We absolutely loved our stay- the location is so convenient! So close to downtown and RMNP! The views from the home were beautiful- we enjoyed seeing elk in the river and wild turkeys throughout the yard and neighborhood. The river in the back is just breathtaking - our family spent a lot of time enjoying the scenery. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful Stay!
Our family had a great time at this vacation rental. We stayed here for 4 nights at the beginning of our Colorado trip this summer. We loved the convenience to downtown Estes Park and the ability to get everywhere we needed quickly. We absolutely loved the creek and the access the house provided to that. The porches were wonderful for sipping coffee in the mornings or an evening cocktail with a view that just can't be beat! We saw turkey, elk, hummingbirds, and many chipmunks during our time in the backyard. The upstairs in the house did get warm during the day without AC, but it cooled off nicely in the evenings. The hot tub was also a hit for our kids!

Riverfront Paradise
My family stayed at this property mid July. We enjoyed our stay so very much. The house is gorgeous and just a few steps to the Fall River. At night we slept with the windows open and fell asleep to the sounds of the rushing water. So relaxing! The home was well-equipped, extremely comfortable, and close to everything. We highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a relaxing getaway.

Best Vacation in Estes Park!
Our family was so excited about our vacation in Estes Park! It was everything we had hoped it would be and much more. This home was perfect for us - plenty of room , great and convenient location, soaks in the hot tub after long days of hiking! We would definitely stay here again if we get the chance to travel back to Estes Park!

Wonderful property except for the broken heater
Great property, as good or better than the pictures. However, on our first night the lower level was extremely hot (this was in early April, temps in the 30s and 40s outside). We turned off the thermostat for that level and the upper level, and still the lower level was in the low 80s. I called the property manager the next morning, they thought it might be a malfunctioning valve in the hot water heating system and said they would take care of it. No one ever came during our stay to even look at it, nor did I ever get a call from the property manager. The lower level remained excessively hot though out our stay. Those sleeping on the lower slept with the windows open to make it tolerable.
