Amazing
I can’t say enough great things about this property. Having your own private pool with outside kitchen makes it a perfect vacation spot. We enjoyed having the hot tub as well and the separate pool house with huge projection screen was great for movie nights. We will be reserving this house for next summer as soon as we get home.

Family Reunion!
The family enjoyed the house, but the bedrooms were very small and kitchen upstairs was not ideal. We knew the kitchen was upstairs and you rent this house for the pool and outdoor space not the indoor space.

Breath of fresh air!
This home is a perfect getaway in the most family friendly community. The property is comfortable and has amazing amenities! Our children loved the heated pool and we all loved the outdoor kitchen space. The host was easily reached for communication. We had the best week!

Fun Girls Weekend
We had a long weekend as a girls trip. The house was exactly what we needed. Loved having our own pool in the backyard. The bungalow was a nice edition. The owners were available and responded to text messages quickly. I was suppose to receive some towels for the trip and they didn’t arrive in time, so McKenzie had them mailed back to me. She was very helpful. We really enjoyed our time.

The backyard is perfect on this one!
This property’s location is great, and the pool was definitely a highlight for our kids. The bottom floor is a little funky with a very tight hallway that runs from the front to the back of the house, but it worked for our family, and we had a great stay!

Family Vacay
We drove to Carlton Landing with our 3 boys for a quick family getaway. The property was great, having our own pool was definitely key! Unfortunately the waterfall and grill did not work during our stay which was a bummer with only a few options for food close by. Another thing we found a bummer was the upstairs play area, while it is a great thought getting up there was rather treacherous. Other than that we loved the house.

Backyard sanctuary!
It was our first time to Carlton landing, and it did not disappoint. This is a small, beautiful home perfect for a family of four including two small children. They really enjoyed the bunkbeds and the play loft on the second level. Home was clean, beds are comfy, but the jewel of the home is the private pool in the backyard. The home is centrally located in Carlton Landing. We brought all of our own food and paper goods esp with having kids. We did have to run into town to the grocery store, but it was only 15 minutes away. We came during the week and it was very quiet almost like we had a whole town to ourselves. Come Friday we noticed a lot more foot traffic and noise which was to be expected on the weekends. Also, very much enjoyed having morning coffee and breakfast out on the balcony overlooking a park area. Very nice relaxing stay!

Great outdoor area. The downstairs area with bedrooms is a bit funky as kitchen is up the stairs. Can hear all movement upstairs when trying to sleep. Otherwise great property.

Great stay
My wife and I took our three boys, ages 11, 7, and 4, to stay at this beautiful home. The location is perfect, walking distance to the Meeting House, Tig's pizza, the shops and both pools. Firefly Park is across the street, with a community fire pit in front of the house. The property itself has an amazing back yard and our kids enjoyed the pool, which they found was a real treat. The bedrooms are small, but functional and given everything around to do, we only found ourselves sleeping in them without any other time spent in them to speak of. The upstairs living area is great for gathering and relaxing, and the double doors out on to the covered patio overlooking the park was great as well. A great place to unwind and relax. Will definitely be back soon.

Great short stay
We wanted a short getaway before school started back and that’s exactly what we got! The kids didn’t want to leave the private pool! I usually can’t get them away from the lake but the whole trip was spent in the pool! Loved the stay!! The little kids also enjoyed the “hide away” at the top of the kitchen! It was their special spot!

Successful Replacement Vacation
After our beach vacation had to be canceled due to a family member’s medical emergency we still needed a get-a-way but closer to home. That beach trip was going to be our first try at VRBO (usually prefer hotel stays for our vacations). We decided to stick with a home rental and settled on this house. Carlton Landing is local but you definitely get the feel of a beachside community. The property we were fortunate to select was perfect for us, very nice yet family friendly furniture and fixtures. Plenty of space and sleeping areas. Great family/kitchen areas, inside the house and backyard. Outside seating areas were perfect for morning coffee even in July . The convenience of the laundry room at the entry was perfect, coming in from the Lake and pool. Separate Bungalow in back was perfect for Grandma to come stay and have her own space. Kids LOVED the backyard waterfall pool, actually we all did! Definitely recommend a golf cart rental in the summer months, everything is in walking distance but the hills will have you working up a sweat. Negatives were very minor- outside fridge did not work, no working outlets to charge the golf cart and the outside amenities and landscaping could use a little clean-up. All in all a great mini-vacation for us and worth recommending! We’ll definitely try to get this property again on our next trip to Lake Eufaula.

Wonderful place for a family vacation
Our family stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. We had a blast exploring the town and relaxing by the pool. The house was everything it promised to be, clean, nice, everything we needed.
