Front Desk
Front Desk staff were excellent, even able to accommodate a late-minute request for adjoining rooms during Xmas shopping and college basketball season. They gave us a mid-day wakeup call after airport mixups made some of our party arrive late and forgave our failure to return the room keys (discovered 50 miles down the road after we'd left).

The room was set up nicely with a big TV, homey lamps, couch, pony-wall, then beds. The breakfast was excellent. Mostly, though, it was the staff. They were fabulous! I assume it comes from the top down, because everyone we talked to was friendly, courteous, and professional.

Nice and quiet for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was pretty good too. Friendly, informative, staff. Easy access with many restaurants that were in walking distance.
