Before I checked in, I was proactively warned about a lack of hot water and heat. Luckily, that was fixed by evening. Room was ok overall. In the early morning, staff barged into my room without knocking, and asked why I was in my room: I said it’s my assigned room, to which they unprofessionally used expletives while I was on a Zoom call. Odd start to the day!

Room was clean but smelled of cat pee and liter, the room next door had a cat i noticed cause it was in the window. Fridge was cold when we entered room and put food and drink in it. Woke to our food going bad and our drinks dripping from im assuming the fridge being warm.

I booked a double room with two beds, a fridge and microwave. We get there and they tell us they no longer have one available. They give us a single bed with fridge and microwave but we get to the room and the microwave doesnt work. We ask them to switch it out, they claim they couldnt. Never once in the 4 day stay did house keeping come. I would personally never stay at this location again. They have a ton of homeless people just hanging around. Feels very unsafe as well.

There was no AC and the heat was turned on full blast when I got into the room. The TV did not work. Very noisy outside at various times during the night. No microwave or fridge in the room. Bed was comfortable.

Room smelled completely of cigarette smoke in a non-smoking room, when changed rooms there was no heat , room had peeling paint and mold in bathroom , night staff was rude and unhelpful , refused refund

Excellent room except for the lack of hot water. It was lukewarm but doable. The office Staff were fantastic!! I wish there were more people like Savanna, she was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I will be staying here again when I pass through here.
