There was no AC and the heat was turned on full blast when I got into the room. The TV did not work. Very noisy outside at various times during the night. No microwave or fridge in the room. Bed was comfortable.

Room smelled completely of cigarette smoke in a non-smoking room, when changed rooms there was no heat , room had peeling paint and mold in bathroom , night staff was rude and unhelpful , refused refund

Excellent room except for the lack of hot water. It was lukewarm but doable. The office Staff were fantastic!! I wish there were more people like Savanna, she was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I will be staying here again when I pass through here.

Room was less than lacking. Pounding on floors and walls all night long. I finally gave up at 3 am amd went to the office and checked out. The office staff didnt care about my situation and offered no help. First and last time at this place

Clean but some things not working or not provided. One outlet didn't work when I used it to try to charge my phone.Freezer in refrigerator badly needed defrosting. No direction to work the TV. No clock or phone or coffee maker in the room. Just a barebones room for 1 night.

Well i usually have a good experiene there but this titmevi wad put in a room that had the door busted fown at dome pount because it was bent and it left a gsp atpund the bottom of the doir so big yohvvoikx see out it it was 30 fegrees that night the heater coukdht kerp up and on topof that the tv wad broken.

Heater was not working properly, unable to set the thermostat in my room. The internet was down for over an hours, checking took a while. Beside the minor issues the clerk was very nice and comforting. overall, we really enjoyed the stay.
