Booked and paid extra for a microwave then was told there were no rooms with microwaves. The front dest was kind enough to find and deliver on to my room but expedia should change this or just dont bother paying extra. Its safe and clean and gppd for a stopover
Bed was comfortable, had holes in linen from a previous burn probably, lamp with no bulb, light over bathroom sink barely on due to bulb needing changing, no fridge, no microwave in the room we had.
Really bright lights that lit up the whole room like it was daytime at midnight. Pee stains on the toilet and a dirty shower. Super loud and uncomfortable bed. Sketchy atmosphere that didnât lead to a comfortable nights rest. Some other things to note- the guest above us was smoking and partying until midnight and then started (what sounded like) moving furniture around 3am and it didnât stop for a few hours.
The guy at the front desk was super nice though and I give him a 10/10.
When we first checked in our room had not been cleaned. Asked for another room, the new room also had also not been cleaned. Even after cleaning it was subpar (ie hair in the shower and bed). Asked for fresh pillow and blanket and staff wouldnât even assist us because she said she had to stay at the front desk because the laundry staff was trying to leave before getting all the rooms
cleaned. This was around 8:30 pm. We did ask for a discount for unclean rooms and the inconvenience (also no other hotels with available rooms in the area). They wouldnât give us a discount of any kind and acted irritated that we asked.
