Hotel is great - still being upgraded on the exterior. Attached to casino. Made mistake of walking through smoking section but other than that had a great stay. Staff are very professional.

Check-in was not good. We arrived at 3:15pm was told our room was not ready to come back at 4:00pm. No problem, I knew I was early. Came back at 4:00 and room still not, even after being told I would get in. Was told it would be 15-30 mintes longer. We waited in the lobby for our room. By 4:30pm they still did not say anything to us, so I went to the desk. Asked about our room and told it still was not ready but they could give us another room that was ready. Same as the room we were to get in the first place just different floor. Told them that would be fine so I could get checked in. Room was fine and we didn’t have any other problems.
