Our room was very large, in the second floor, away from traffic noise. Breakfast was hot, on-time and appreciated as we wanted to depart early. Check-in at 8pm took over 15 min after following directions and calling Staff for assistance. Our bathroom had no fluorescent lightbulbs, but was told, "Yes you do." We left the door to the room open & and it was fine for lighting the shower area. The lack of staff attention to my requests for assistance is the only reason for not giving an Excellent rating. Cleanliness, amenities, and convenience were spot-on.

Our room is very large & has the fridge, microwave, and coffee/tea maker as advertised. We arrived to check-in at 8:10 and waited in the lobby for 15 min after ringing the bell on the desk and dialing 0 from the lobby phone. Upon that call, I was asked, "What? I'll get there." Then I waited with other guests for a long time, watching the weather channel. Our room was very chilly at check-in, though we were able to get it warmed up in time to sleep. The fluorescent light in the bathroom is burned out. I am not going to bother the manager again, tonight, so we'll deal with it. The carpet, bedding, and surfaces feel nice and clean.

We've stayed there previously, and the motel is excellent. Only one problem, no room service on Christmas Day. But I understand, because everyone wants to be off work on that day and rightfully-so. Unfortunately, I always had to work those days!!

No likes. Way over priced for saggy mattress, thin bedding and the ancient floor heat pump was incapable of handing 14 degree F temps. A Terrible Experience. I stayed at a ,,$45 mom and pop motel that was excellent or above your facility.

Nice clean place. One down side is if you get a room on the south side of establishment the noise from I-80 can filter into your room. Free breakfast is not bad (it's free) but could use some pork products as a selection.

No heat. Cold room.
We arrived and it was about 9 pm. The front desk person was on their phone and appeared less then enthusiastic about us arriving and him needing to help us. The room was very cold and it was very cold outside. We turned on the heat and instead it blew freezing cold air no matter what setting. But was too tired to try and get a new room. In the morning a new desk agent was there.. also on their phone and seemed annoyed i was talking to them. I let them know the room was freezing and they need to check the heater. And also the toilet barely flushes at all. He just said ok and didnt seem to care at all. So it was a cheaper room but i will pick a different hotel next time we pass through wyoming.
