We arrived late due to work. Once we got checked in and to our room, we unfolded the pull out couch bed and there was food, dirty paper towels and looked like a murder had happen on the mattress!! I went straight to front desk, told him what was going on and asked if we could get a new mattress? He followed us to the room and checked it out and said "yes im very sorry this is unacceptable" but then asked "can i just get you a new cover for the mattress?" Ummm no u may not! Id like a different room or we will be leaving! He moved us to a new room no probably. The new room was only a double bed and we made it work but this room had food on the floor between bed and wall, there was someone elses toothbrush is the bathroom, and it had looked like the sinks hadnt even been cleaned! But we didnt say anything, just delt with it. The breakfast wasnt great either! They had a juice machine and all the juices were sour! Im sure expired, the jelly was expired as well. We were in town for a ball tournament so didnt spend anytime in room, only to sleep but more than likely, will never stay here again (Also tried to upload pictures but i wouldnt allow me to)

Nice hotel staff

Comfortable stay. Only complaint is bathroom is small and sink is on outside of bathroom. I know alot of hotels do this but it is gross because that means guest are touching door knobs before getting to sink to wash hands. On positive note, hotel staff was very friendly and nice, room/hotel was clean, and fast check in.

As I have said repeatedly the open area couch needs to be cleaned especially when seeing others with their feet on the furniture. Furniture in the room needs to be cleaned the sofa appeared to have a white stain very visible. Just go through and clean the dang on furniture at the front desk and get the spots off the couches in the rooms.

My room was very dirty when I went in the toilet was dirty and the towels didn’t look clean the sheets had blood on them and our room window was broken and taped together. When I told the manager he said he can’t get anyone to clean right now or I can go and get a refund.
