Reserved a king room and given a room with two doubles. Receptionist said the system would not let him give me a king room. Got to the room and the lights would not come on and telephone did not work. Went back to reception and was given a different room that smelled like smoke. Went back to reception and was given a third room, still not a king, but lights work and it smells better. Overall so far a bad experience at this Springhill Suites.
