I was called to see somebody in the hospital so I drove several hours to get to Fargo and it was nice to be able to stay the night. I did not know they had a discount for medical events, but it was a nice day.

Saturday breakfast buffet only had gravy/biscuits...no eggs, fruit or other healthy options. Sunday had eggs....they heated them in the microwave in front of the customers in bags and then filled the heating pan. They were VERY watered down....not what I expected based on previous reviews. Room had fruit flies in it and my TV had to be rebooted several times as it woudl not connect to satellite. Staff was VERY good and friendly and helpful as they could be.

The hotel is definitely outdated. One of the two elevators was broken during my stay, which meant long wait times and having to take the stairs up three flights on multiple occasions. The hallways had a noticeable smell of weed, and because there’s a large gap under the room door, the smell would drift inside. I had to block it off with towels. The front parking areas fills up quickly but there are plenty spots in the back. The back entrance door was also broken, so you couldn’t scan your card to get in and had to walk all the way around to the front every time, which was inconvenient. On the positive side, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful during check-in. Overall, decent service but the property itself really needs maintenance and updates.

The staff was excellent. The breakfast hot option were waffles (always a hit), and biscuits and gravy. Had a lot of fun at the pool and we appreciated the late hours (open until 11pm, which was needed after driving until 9:30pm with the kids), but the pool area wasn’t the cleanest at night, however was nice and clean the next morning.

The room was basic. The hot tubs were not working. There needs to be clearer singage in the pool for the varying depths. All employees should know how to turn the juice machine on! The pull out sofa had a very disgusting mattress. The location worked for the weekend. The staff were friendly. I probably will not stay at this hotel again.

Just visiting family. No opportunity or need for a lot of things at the hotel. Only item that needed attention was condition of room refrigerator. It needed defrosting!
