Exceptional Stay

My stay was overall great. They were doing some upgrades so noise was too be expected but that didn't interfere with the stay at the hotel. You are in a location where you have variety of choices for everything you'll need to come to a nice room in order to get a good night's rest.

Lots of mechanical issues.

There was no hot water at the sink and the heat could not be controlled. I moved to another room that was better. But had issues getting hot water at the tub. Luke warm was the best I could get. Electrical outlets weren't all working properly. They are going through a renovation. But for some crazy reason they decided to start with the landscaping. The furniture is out dated. However the room was clean. The hallways and entrance weren’t very clean. The employees were very nice and pleasant.

The room appeared to not be cleaned and there was wash cloths left from the prcious customer that they apparently forgot to get and i dont like the fact that i paid for the hotel room a week in advance and was charged a 50 dollar holding fee? For what? And when do i get that money back because the lady told me after check out that my deposit would be returned to my credit card but they didnt say how long and no one told me about this deposit before i booked the room. Excellent customer service as far as coming to reserve a room but the rooms need some elbow grease and clean linen on the beds.

Horrible hotel.

Room was dirty no running water. Second room wasn’t clean either. Housekeeping walked in without knocking. Front desk was rude and nasty. Assist manager would not talk to me about my stay. I’m still waiting for a call back.
