We had the best stay! My parents were visiting from Ireland and we decided to book this cute little place and it did not disappoint. The hosts were so thoughtful, I don’t know what to mention from linens and kitchen being fully equipped to amazing beds and pillows. We were four adults and we enjoyed every minute of it. We even decided to stay in one of the nights and get a take out because the living room was so cosy and cute that it was just so perfect. The fireplace made it for us! I will definitely be back!

Fantastic!
Phil’s property was just as described, and the location was even better than expected. We used the property as our base camp to travel to Sedona, the south rim and explore flagstaff. Phil’s communication was wonderful and the house had more than every comfort we needed!

Exactly as described! Perfect setting!
We very much enjoyed our time here. Not much to complain about. There is a road 150 feet in front but my wife which usually is bothered by noise didn’t affect her much. The birds, geese, the trees and Mountain View and the sun rise from the deck made it fine. Everything you need is here. We through a football and played frisbee below the deck on the grass area. We would definitely stay here again. Great location and the space was great. We even saw 8 deer roaming around. We loved it!

Perfect Flagstaff getaway
Loved the property. Just a couple exits from downtown Flagstaff. It's on a lovely golf course. Nice to be able to walk across the street to the country club for dinner. The place looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean. No complaints and will definitely stay there again.

Cozy and Comfortable Convenience!
We can’t say enough great things about this little place! It was a perfect “base camp” for my husband and me as we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. It’s conveniently located where you can quickly venture on day trips around the area but tucked away so you feel secluded.Your own parking space is a treat. It was super clean and tidy. The property owner made note of our anniversary and left a bottle of wine. Such a nice and thoughtful touch. The kitchen and bathroom is completely stocked with everything you would need. The kitchen contained not only all necessary things but even spices. The living area is cozy. My favorite part being the gas fireplace! There was no shortage of places to charge all your devices. The weather was all over the place while we were there but by the last day we were able to enjoy the outside deck. We would absolutely suggest this a place to stay if you are in the area and would book again if we are to return!

Perfect stay!
Our family's stay here was fantastic. Optimum location for our days at Snowbowl, Grand Canyon, Mother Road brewery, ski rental shop, and the Oakmont restaurant (short walk). Quiet evenings, comfortable amenities, and lovely fireplace. Our children enjoyed coming home at the end of their busy days to play the host's board games and play in the snow outside. Also, when we rent I always disinfect common areas upon entry and there was not one cleanliness issue that alarmed me. Thanks for being a great host, Phil!

Nice Stay
We came for a quick weekend to ski. The location was nice and quiet. There were deer in the yard when we arrived. This place had everything we needed. We didn’t cook any real meals, so I can’t speak to that, but there were a lot of nice touches. I loved having the yoga mats! The beds were comfortable as well. We would stay here again.

The house had everything you could possibly need and LOVED that there was plenty of blankets. Perfect place to come back to after a full day of skiing. Convenient that the clubhouse was across street For dinner and all around just a wonderful weekend spent here. Thankful for the host for being so accommodating and quick with responses.

Fun Trip to Flagstaff
This home is well located in Flagstaff. It was a short drive to downtown Flagstaff and the local snow parks. The home itself was lovely and quaint. It was well stocked with necessities and the host was very communicative. We had a wonderful experience staying here and I would highly recommend this property.

Christmas in the Pines!
We love this place! We have stayed here multiple times and cant say enough about it. The property owner is always accommodating too! Literally, the only thing you need to bring with you is your clothes. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and seasonings. There’s a grocery store down the street and several restaurants nearby. Bathroom and bedrooms are also stocked nicely with everything you need. I love the open floor plan, being able to cook while overlooking the fireplace and living room where my family gathers, watching movies and playing board games. Nice views from the deck. Feels like you’re in a cabin in the pines when you’re actually a few steps from a golf course. Can’t beat this place!

Great place and convenient location!
Can't say enough good things about this property. Very clean and equipped with everything you might need! Brought my own spices to cook with and upon arrival I realized that the kitchen was fully stocked. The location was perfect, far enough from the traffic but close enough to downtown and only a 20min drive (if that) to snowbowl. Host was great and answered any questions I had! Was even able to spot multiple deer right below the porch deck. Will be booking here again in the future!

Wonderful place to stay in Flagstaff
Enjoyed my stay at the cottage. Front patio is lovely with beautiful overhanging trees and barbecue, living room and kitchen and open and guest friendly with top notch appliances. Bedrooms are comfortable, beds are extremely soft and you will sink in to them, not my preference but I know it is for some people. Bathroom and shower clean, good water pressure and water got hit quickly. Place is quiet and you won’t be disturbed by others. Close to everything in Flagstaff. Parking spot is good and accessible.

Perfect weekend getaway
We came to Flagstaff with our son and his wife for a long weekend. Condo was nicely appointed and outfitted with everything we needed. Phil, the owner, was very responsive and great to deal with. The property was less than 10 minutes to downtown and was our perfect jumping off point for day trips to the Grand Canyon and The Petrified Forest. Thanks Phil for a perfect weekend.

The condo was cute and although we had 6 of us total- 2 teenage boys on the sofas-with the outdoor space, we were comfortable- it was one level, and the patio deck was elevated- tucked in nicely in the trees, shaded and with a nice umbrella- but wasn't needed. It was near a busy street and not easy to let the dogs out for bathroom breaks. Maybe I didn't read careful enought- thinking we were at ground level. Everything else was peachy-easy access and entry directions/instructions, clean, well stocked and did not lack anything we needed. Full sized shower gel, shampoos, laundry detergent, full sized washer and dryer, fridge very clean, beds comfortable, linens clean, plenty of bath towels and extra pillows/blankets, toilet paper and papertowels provided, tinfoil, ziplocks etc. Used both the gas fireplace and BBQ grill. Great community and across the street from the club and outdoor patio restaurant. Many other baseball families stayed in the same complex and made it easy to be close to others that also rented. Very nice, we would recommend.! Thank you
