Surprise switch
We pulled up to the Best Western and there was a sign on the door saying to go across the street to Captain Hiram's Resort and that our reservation would be honored. We ended up with the spectacular room on the river 10 ft from the water.

A very limited breakfast was offered on Saturday. I understand that things happen with staff but this property is part of Captain Hirums so there is no excuse.

The sheets were not fresh and clean, they were never changed from the last guest, the sheets were only made. The staff did gave us clean sheet when we complained and the mext day the house keeping gave us fresh linens.

The place was clean and well kept. Wife and I was very impressed with the staff and how clean and organized it was. The morning breakfast was great! Everything was clean and setup perfectly with everything we needed for a breakfast.
