Great place! Convenient for the cruise, clean, walking distance from restaurants, and friendly staff. Needs fruit available for breakfast. How about some Florida oranges!

Marcus at front desk was a great customer service representative! Very knowledgeable and courteous. The hotel is dated but clean. If physically handicapped elevator is far back from front desk. Views from balcony doesn't included waterfront. Shuttle service availability for cruises and Uber, and Walmart delivery was available.

I did not have a pleasant stay. The room was not as described. On this site it showed I would have a two bedroom suite- one with a king bed and one with two queen beds. The second room only had one queen bed. The employee states he did not know why it would show that on the site because none of the two bedroom suites had a second room with two beds in it. The time I waited to check in to the room was over 30 minutes because there was only one person working and he was also making reservations over the phone as well as checking in people who had already made reservations.

I am unhappy with check in. I was going to purchase a bottle of water after checking in. An employee said you get a bottle free, ask the front desk. I went to the front desk and he said no, that’s upon check in. I had checked in 20 minutes prior. It wasn’t offered, the guy asked for water from checked me in. Poor customer service.
